Worst service from Takealot

Extremely bad experience, I order two pairs of chairs same size and received on pair correct size and second pair to short incorrect size. I did a return and received an email that I did not meet the returns policy. Be carefull the service is going backwards as I have been purchasing lots of items in the past two years the service is not the same anymore
