Worst Service from Takealot

Dangerous Product and Terrible Service! I had a shocking experience with Trichomed. Just a couple of days after using it, my skin was burnt and I suffered a severe allergic reaction. I immediately requested a return and refund from Takealot, but not only was my request declined, they showed no empathy or concern for my safety at all. This product is unsafe, and the lack of customer care is unacceptable. I strongly warn everyone to avoid this product and think twice before purchasing from Takealot.
