Worst service from Takealot

I ordered a sleeper couch 2 weeks ago and was delivered without legs, I logged a return to get the couch replaced with one with legs. 2 weeks later and still nothing. Phoned twice to find out what is happening and they escalate the problem and still nothing. Waited at home in 3 occasion for a scheduled pickup and they did not show. Do not know what to do, as phoning them does not help.
