WORST SERVICE EVER(***8)

Worst experience with my first order,last week placed and order for 24th delivery which the delivery never happened I was not contacted about a failed delivery today i am calling to follow up on my order i am being told that it wont be delivery today and also i cant request them to call me in the next 30 mins mind you this is a gift for my girlfriend she is leaving tomorrow morning,why are you so quick to take money but cant deliver when customer is requesting you to?

I need someone to call me and make sure I receive my delivery today before 17h00
