Worst service ever with lack of urgency!

I am so disappointed with takealot. I spend almost R5000 on two orders, I returned some stuff because some were damaged and other just weren’t suitable for the intended purpose, one driver came to collect 4 items and another collected one, it’s been 3 weeks and two of the four items collected by one driver have yet to be credited into my takealot account. I’m missing almost R500 in my credit which I need to purchase something. I’ve called and emailed and no one get back to me, it’s always we will log a query and that’s the end of it! I am really appalled that takealot is sitting with my money which is due to me and I want it back URGENTLY!!!!
