Worst service ever, very unreliable

I ordered a braai stand, 4 salad bowls and a salad tong to use for the staff party which will be this afternoon 20th Dec. Order tracker says it should have been delivered by the 19th and today is the 20th and still no sign of delivery. On the 17th you sent a message saying that it's out on delivery and I stayed at home but nothing came. When I tracked, it said you couldn't locate the address (and that is strange because it's on Google). On the 18th I was at your Vincent branch to collect but I was told that it cannot be collected, can only be delivered to the address. Yesterday, 19th I didn't get any communication, 20th no communication. Why is your service poor? I urgently need those things by 13H00 today
