Worst service ever received from them to date

Terrible service I have been buying from them for years and never had issues before until now

Bought airfryer in Nov that is not doing what it's suppose to do, I logged a return with them and they told me that I used it obviously how was I gonna know it doesn't work without using it

I contacted the supplier and they said takealot must give me a new one as it is still under warranty

But they are stalling things I still haven't received the one sent back which is the one that's not working

And this thing of dealing with different and to have to explain the same thing over and over is just draining on its own
