Worst service ever received

Hi I bought a camera system via takealot and when I installed the unit the power supply was faulty. It took me a whole day to install cameras and only to realize that the power supply was faulty. I went and bought a new power supply and cameras worked. When I returned the power supply via takealot I was told that I need to send the whole unit back...Which means I need to take all the cable out the wall, take all the cameras off and then redo everything?? Commonsense is that this is ridiculous and I will take the matter further as there is no feedback and no refund offered for the power supply or a new power supply to be shipped ... Worst service ever from such a big company. Please I need feedback...Order number #RRN-6VY75-Z5NJ
