Worst service ever! Order: #***

I placed an order and paid for an item : order no : #***, on 19 March 2026 and still has not been delivered. Order date keeps getting moved and currently delivery is now 5 May 2026. Almost 2 months!!!! No communication, no reasons, no nothing!!!! Is this a ****? Why advertise items if you can deliver? This just confirms my doubts about buying from Takealot again. Very disappointed and upset. Please advise on a way forward!
