Worst service ever!! No decent feedback and waiting for 3 weeks for 1 item to be delivered.

<p>I have placed my first order ever with TAKEALOT.com on the 22nd of November 2016 for a TOM TOM strap. Delivery scheduled for the 1st of Dec 2016. It is now the 14thof Dec 2016. After numerous phone calls to TAKEALOT.com and empty promises from their side. I am so angry and dissapointed with this unexceptable service. They have received my payment on order date. Now I receive an email saying item to be delivered on the 4th of Jan 2017. This is totally unexceptable.</p>
