Worst service ever from Takealot

I bought 7 products from Takealot about 3 or 4 weeks ago, and they delivered 6 instead . Included in that 6 items were a nivea spf50 facials product that I did not order. This means that I was missing 2 products in total.

they came and collected the nivea and refunded me for only one product and the funny part is how quick they were able to come and collect the nivea product as opposed to refunding me for 2 products. I'm still waiting for my refund after 4 weeks and their customer service has been so inefficient together with their warehouse ........I'm annoyed and ****ed.
