Worst service ever from Takealot!

I ordered a stove which I received damaged and booked a return. The stove was then picked up but now they are still trying to book collection and I receive no communication on the exchange. Seems they now lost the stove. One month down the line and I still do not have the stove I paid thousands for. Hans van Staden ***
