worst service ever

I order on 11th December a gift for my son for Christmas and was told that it be delivered on the 15th and by 16h30 still, nothing I phoned in and was told they don't have a driver and they will email me when I will get my order still nothing then get told will be delivered the 16th around 15h00 still nothing gets into the app to find parcel lost in transit phoned in they don't know what happened they will email me and they still haven't then I get a message that it be delivered the 17th its the 18th I am still waiting for delivery and the customer care never gets back to you now my kiddo doesn't get a gift for Christmas i won't ever order from takealot again I use to love them now i don't
