Worst service ever.

Take a lot is the worst, why make an option to collect on the next day when you know you wont be able to ensure things are ready for collection on time? I placed an order yesterday to collect today… my status still says Oder not shipped when I spoke with the call center they said it’s scheduled for tomorrows collection.. I mean I need those things today that’s why I placed an order for collection instead of delivery. The lady said she will follow up and come back to me even now nothing from them and I need those items today. Either you get my items and I have them collected today or refund me now so I find an alternative option since you failed to deliver
