Worst service ever

I have always loved to shop with Takealot as their service has always been amazing. Up until last week. I bought a King size headboard only to receive this with the wood panels wet and covered in mould! I immediately requested a replacement (Tuesday). Wednesday they sent a driver with a small vehicle which he explained that the headboard won't fit in. Thursday, they sent the same driver with the same vehicle. Friday they cancel the replacement. After phoning numerous times, a new replacement was logged on Friday for this to be picked up on Monday. Monday has come and gone and no one has come to pick this thing up. I am very very disappointed in Takealots service. I was willing to just have this replaced but now I just want a refund so I can spend my money with a business that will actually give me client service! I am reverting to social media as this might get their attention as it doesn't help at all phoning or emailing them.
