Worst Service Ever!!!!

I have been spending 2 weeks arguing with takealot representatives about a gazebo that they sent me wrapped in cling wrap, it had no labeling on or anything just wrapped in cling wrap.

So obviously I'm not happy with the product because of the material and I send it back within 7 days.

To my disgust I get told that I'm lying and that I used the product and that I didn't send it back in the original packaging with no labels, obviously I tell them sorry it was delivered wrapped in cling wrap and there was no labeling on it, I have 2 witnesses that saw exactly how it was delivered.

But no they ignore me and arrange to send it back, sticking to their story.

I am sooooo..... P#*"ed off I can't remember the last time I've been so ****ed off, after about 15 emails to two different people Mega B and Keegan, they still flat just ignore my emails don't even bother to eg knowledge them and repeat their original statement of that the product was used.

I can't even start at how angry I am, in all my times that I have been buying from takealot this must be the absolute worst service I've ever experienced with any company.

I'm getting married in 2 months and have to deal with this. I ordered the gazebo for my wedding but I wasn't satisfied with the quality. But noooo, not even a sorry sir we will get a second opinion on the matter. Just flat out ignore me and send it back.
