Worst service ever

Absolutely useless service. I purchased a gas stove that i received with a missing ignition knob. I only requested that the missing knob be replaced.

Takealot requested that the stove be returned as the doe not have a knob to replace it.

I clearly stated on many occasions that i do not have the original packaging to return the stove. I have no available packaging as a matter of fact.

Take alot returns told me to return the stove only wrapped in black plastic refuse bags which i then did. Only to receive an email stating that the stove had missing items which would be the original packaging that i clearly stated i do not have before they collected the stove!

It's been weeks that I've been left with no stove, no refund and no response on the matter.
