Worst service ever and can't give your money back

I always enjoyed to order from takelot but this time it leaves a **** taste in my mouth. I bought a fridge last year April, May there were a lot of stories its not available or they can't deliver it to me because they don't have a big enough transport bla bla bla then they credit it back as a voucher, fridges on there web site and app again and available order it again, and boom the stories start again its available on there web site and you order it but if you phone them to ask what's going with my order on the day of delivery they don't have stock so we request our money back and then boom i fell almost of my chair they can't give me my money back they can only give it on takelot as credit, its my money not yours, you just take our money and if things are not available can't give our money that we work so hard for back to us because you can't update your system and do your work for a change.
