Worst service EVER!!!!

I ordered 2 items from takealot on the 16th of May and I got a message that my items will arrive on the 25th Of May I waited the whole day and nothing was delivered to me so I went to track my items and it said that my items were delievered, I log a ticket on thier website and even today there is no follow up no communication with me, nothing!!! I still don't have my stuff even today!!!
