Worst service ever

I bought a phone via takelot on the 17th February which was supposed to have been delivered on the 24th of February, and my phone wasn't delivered, I then waited for another 2 days, still I didn't receive the my order wasn't delivered and there was no communication whatsoever as to why am not getting my order on Thursday last week, I've requested for cancelation and refund for the order. They sent an email saying that I should give them 4 working to resolve the matter, till to date am still waiting
