Worst service ever

I've had the worst experience ever with takealot. I ordered a Balecoo Q3 baby stroller 3 in 1 worth R3500 as a surprise for my sister who was about to give birth to her first baby. She received curtains instead. We logged a return and the curtains where taken back but the stroller was never delivered. We've been sending emails to them for the past 5 to 4 months and there is still no feedback on the item and no refund has been made. The worst part is the curtains were not even worth R3500😭
