Worst service ever

I bought a phone , a hardrive and a hardrive cover for my wife, and all the items that were delivered to my wife were completely wrong, they sent marking pens to my wife, I don't know what is really happening with takealot.com but I'm never ordering anything else again, 20 March 2024, my wife really needed those items and for her to wait for a week for the wrong items to be delivered is so uncalled for, now she has to wait for another 2days for the wrong items to be collected and wait for another week for the takealot.com to correct their error, spent more than an hour trying to get through to them on the phone,this was by far the worst service ever.
