Worst Service Ever

My delivery was supposed to arrive Monday. App shows shipped, in transit from Saturday, yet Takealot did not contact me — I had to chase them myself. Yesterday, a staff member pressured me to change my bad review, and today, someone only reached out after I demanded management. Still no delivery. Unacceptable.
