Worst service ever

I ordered an electric professional hair clipper, Takealot then decided to deliver the wrong product. I had to return the product and order a new one, this time I had to pay the delivery fee as the item in my cart was not over R500. It took days for them to deliver the hair clipper, only to be met with the same hair clipper, but this time it was used. I do not know, who, in their right mind ships a used item, what if I get sick?
