Worst service EVER!!!!

USELESS DISGUSTING HORRIBLE ****TY SERVICE DELIVERY. WHAT A JOKE !!! I will NEVER EVER USE TAKEALOT AGAIN!!!!

Firstly my order is late, so I asked them where is my order and why is it late. I get told the items are all there but some came in late for scanning.

After further investigation I get told that one of my items got lost and they are shipping it in a week.

Then my order gets adjusted and its confirmed that all my items are being delivered three days late but its there.

On the delivery day, after getting all my sms’s that its on the way. Half way through the day, i get emails stating that my entire order is lost and will only be delivered in a week!!!

What kind of **** show are you running takealot. Well done in beating eskom is worst service delivery.

I want my refund as in yesterday!!!! For ALL MY ITEMS and we are cancelling all our other orders.
