Worst service ever!

I bought two items from takealot.com on 5th March and was supposed to be delivered on the 10th march but I realised I should have included 1 other item. I asked them to cancel the order and credit me so I can add the other item of which I was told they will inform the couriers to return the parcel back to the warehouse. When I check on my takealot.com account, it shows the parcel was delivered and signed yet I never received anything and worse I asked them not to deliver.

I have been getting contradictory emails from their staff members - I need my money back or they should just deliver my parcels. I have been lenient towards how they have handled my query and I might have a baby soon and those items I bought was for my unborn baby girl and I am so gatvol with their emails.
