Worst service ever

Ordered a few items from take alot on the 29th November was notified delivery is on the 10th then on the app it shows that we didnt have cash so we were asked to re schedule and the delivery didnt take place as yet .Cant seem to find any contact number to even query because the only number on the internet is not the correct one - been told by the call centre ***.
