Worst service ever!!!

On 19 September 2025 I returned taps on, the collection date was 2 days after the initial scheduled date of the 17th. About 2 days after the 19th, they informed me that the return was declined due to late colleactipn and the taps would be returned to me.

I have been chasing them eversince for the taps they said they were returning to me. On 28 December 2025 they send me an email that they cannot find the taps and will also not be refunding me for losing them.

I am appaled at their service and their expectation that I should be ok with losing money on products they lost in their distribution centre.

I want my money!!!
