Worst Service Ever

Absolutely pathetic. Ordered Christmas gift for granddaughters. Got an sms that it would be delivered today. They were so happy, just to have there hearts broken. The driver arrived at my address, instead of the address which I supp****. Showed on order to driver and he I formed that I am not the first this has happened to. It apparently happens a lot. Worst experience I ever had. Then they have the nerve to note on delivery report that insufficient details of address (mentioned my address) supp****, which is total bull story. I did supply correct address and contact details and have the proof. Last time to support them ever
