Worst service ever

Dear Takealot, I am so so disappointed in this service today. I called this morning I spoke with Abigail M, she advised that I should let her know when I receive an sms as I told her I will collect the pram as we are having a party tonight and I need the gift I bought. I received the sms and I have sent her a mail nothing. At 10:52 I called again I spoke with Tamryn O obviously nothing happened I received an sms at 13:02 that the pram is out for delivery I will get it before 17:00. I called again I left a message with Verna M to ask the driver to please contact me. He never did up until now at 16:28 I called again and the only 2 people willing to assist was Lutholwethu and Lorna, they said he isn't near my house he is in Hammanskraal after getting a mail he will be at my house at 16:00. After 16:00 no delivery guy I called and they advised me he will be at my house in 2 hours Ithen recheduled to the adress in Pretoria North where the party is as the whole point of the gift is to take it to the party.I WILL UPDATE AT WHAT TIME I HAVE RECEIVED it I will never ever use takealot again.
