Worst service ever

On 15 May 2020 I placed an order for Cat’s Best Litter of R579. To date I haven’t received my order and after emailing customer support numerous times, suddenly I was told my litter was delivered yesterday morning and a customer named Fazlaine signed for it. I was at home all day and nobody from takealot was at my home. This is unacceptable and I want my order to be delivered ASAP or I want my money back immediately. I buy litter on litter on takealot every month and this is the first time that this has happened.
