WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Hi.. I am seriously annoyed an disappointed with the service at TAKE ALOT!!! I made an online purchase on the 1st of June 2020 an delivery was due for the 5th June which I received an SMS to say it will be delivered before 5pm an it was NOT delivered but when I tracked the parcel it said it left KENILWORTH BRANCH IN CAPE TOWNand that is it out for delivery. The next day the 6th June I received an SMS again that it was rescheduled for 6th June before 5PM and it showed again it left KENILWORTH Branch an its out for delivery an yet I have not received my parcel. I don't get any other response for TAKE ALOT regarding my PARCEL and I sent emails but again no RESPONSE. THIS IS SERIOUSLY THE WORST SERVICE EVER.. AND I CAN'T GET THROUGH TO TAKE ALOT AGENTS AN NOT EVENS THERE KENILWORTH Branch WHERE MY PARCEL WAS AT AN LEFT FOR DELIVERY. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH MY PARCEL!!!!
