Worst service ever

Worst ever service. I bought a pair of athletic shoes for my daughter. I received a size 9 mens shoe. That is not all, I returned the parcel to the Potch depot but was told that the system for returns were not working. It has been a struggle for more than a month now to get my refund.

I have a screenshot that shows that my return was received at the warehouse but no luck. To add insult to injury there is no phone number or mail adres on the website to ask dor help
