Worst service ever !

I placed an order on takealot and i paid with payflex - and when you pay with payflex then you have to pay the first term cash - anyways i placed my order. A day before my order was delivered, i received a email stating that its out of stock and then they refunded my money but as payflex credit ! I paid the first term cash but got it back as payflex credit . Plus when i went on the app , the item was still in stock !!!! Matter of fact , its still in stock !!! I then ordered something else , and paid with payflex again , and guess what - it was supposed to be delivered today and i got a email stating its out of stock !!! And i got my money back as payflex credit again !!! POOOOOOR SERVICE !!
