Worst service ever

I have never been so disappointed in a company in my life. I order a 8inch hoverboard, I pay for an 8 inch hoverboard. The box is delivered on the shipping container it shows 8 inch hoverboard. I open the box and inside a 6.5 inch hoverboard. I return the item, the arrange another item and exactly the same thing happens. How the hell does that work. Tomorrow is my son's birthday party. What do I do now?
