Worst Service Ever

So I ordered an item which there site does not state out of stock which then made that my order del date gets moved up by 3 weeks yes 3 weeks ,I emailed them and asked them to split the order so that I can rec my other items as I can not wait 3 weeks for the stuff as it is for a birthday precent ,They said no problem they have done it ,This morning everything is back how it was again ,So I have to get hold of them again to fix it again so now this has now caused a massive delay ,My items will now only arrive after the birthday so I have to rock up empty handed ,I tell them cancel the order I will buy from amazon they just say no we can not yet they cancelled the one item 20 min before my call ,I shop items from JHB to ensure that they arrive in time and all items I shopped has the rec it next day option but because they show items that is out of stock with no clear indication it removes that option from me ,I asked them with that item removed let me pay for the next day del and they just state no it cant happen ,I have rec items before the next day when I ordered,So now you cant refund me cant del next day and we must just be fine with it ,5 days to transport an item 270KM ,And yes I know how it works as I work for one of the biggest courier companies in Sout Africa ,Your service is appalling ,I WHOULD NOT RECOMEND ANY BODY TO MAKE USE OF THEM ,AMAZON IS WAY BETTER AND I GET MY ITEMS THE NEXT DAY NO PROBLEM
