Worst service ever

This is by far the worst service we have ever received from takealot.com. first they take 3 weeks to service a sewing machine that has a factory fault. Then not all the accessories are returned. When we complain their supplier sends a dirty manual that doesn't even belong to me and a few bobbins. Now when we inform them that the accessories for the Machi e was not returned, they are not doing anything to assist. I will never ever support them again. Absolutely pathetic.
