worst service ever

Worst service ever, 3 times they have exchanged a cutlery set i bought due to items missing an for the 3rd time i receive it again with items missing, firstly you can never get through to their land line and if you do, you say a few words and the land goes dead, secondly i returned a set of portable gas stove i bought and they incorrectly credit me for the wrong amount, sending mails back and forth due to incompetence and lack of skills its getting worst to resolve issues, bought a kettle that was replaced and the switch does not work, TERRIBLE
