Worst service ever

It is now the second order I place in less than a month that is out of stock. With the first order my account was credited and I was given an option to have the money paid back or kept as credit. I kept it as credit and placed another order, which was more expensive so I paid the difference. Now, this time I am fed-up. It is two weeks since I paced the order, which is a LOCAL product, and they let me know now that the product is not available. In addition, I am given no option to have the money paid back into my account. To quote: 'You'll be able to use this credit when you pay for your next takealot.com order.' Im not interested in ordering from takealot again. I want my money back. They have NO telephone numbers, and when you contact their resolution center, the automatic reply states that it can take anything from 2 to 12 days to reply! Now isnt this absolutely insanely pathetic service?
