Worst service ever

I bought a Cooler from [URL Removed] (order no - ***) on sunday 7 August 2015, did the payment the same day. I received a mail that said i will receive my parcel on Friday 14 August 2015. Great i thought as i am leaving on holiday saturday 15 August. Today i had to phone takealot to find out, my parcel will not be delivered because they don't have my cellphone number. Although they have my email address and my physical address of where the parcel needs to be delivered. How can takealot not have my details i had to register all my details before i was able to purchase anything.<br> <br> Now i am being told my parcel is in Elandsfontein and will only be delivered monday 17 August. I now have to postpone my holiday because of takelot and skynet who can not send a mail to find out why my contact details are not being displayed. Skynet i have tried phoning their branch in Elandsfontein on *** but it doesn't look like anybody there is working as the phone constantly rings with no answer.<br> <br> This will be the last time i purchase anything from takelot.<br> Very dissapointed
