Worst service ever!!

I ordered and paid R1399 for Stylish Light-Weight Portable Folding Camping Chair - Light Khaki - 4 Pack on 29 August and 11 days later, on 09 September, I received an email stating that they have cancelled my order because their supplier didn't have stock. The same items were then still advertised by them, with exactly the same photos, although from a different supplier, at R1398. When I sent them a complaint because of this unacceptable service, I first received an email from one of their employees on 10 September, apologizing sincerely and explaining why the same item is still appearing on their website. Then on the afternoon of 11 September one of their employees phoned me to tell me that they are very sorry for the inconvenience I suffered and that he gives me his personal assurance that he will make personally make sure that the order I placed for other chairs has been booked with a supplier. I rep**** that what he told me is what is expected of him and that it doesn't satisfy me at all. He then rep**** that he will speak to his management team to agree on giving me an amount in credit on my account towards my next order (which I haven't received yet). I received an email from him right after the call to reiterate what he said, but the issue of the credit was conveniently omitted from his message. On Sunday evening, at 18H04, another employee phoned me to inform me that the order I placed for the replacement chairs won't be delivered on the promised date, since their supplier doesn't have stock, the estimated delivery date is now 23 September. She then also asked that I change my poor rating of their service given after the first order to a better one, as it is affecting their sales negatively! Imagen the audacity! Firstly, couldn't this have waited until Monday morning?

In the meantime, on 06 September, I've ordered printheads for my printer, this morning, 10 days later, I again received an email stating that my order has been cancelled since they don't have stock of this item anymore.

If I could have given them a no star rating, I would have. I am done with them, they are not the only online store available.
