WORST service EVER!!!!!!

<p>Order Christmas gifts and got confirmation for "guaranteed delivery by Saturday 17th of December"... on Sunday I followed up on where my order is and the shipping assistant said she will confirm delivery on Monday... after that I've phoned 7 times, spending more than 3 hours on my phone with all empty promises! Even the supervisor didn't come back to me and when I asked to speak once again to a supervisor they kept me on the line for 25 min without any answer!!!! Now they also can't cancel my order as it is already with the courier and only informed me now that delivery will only happen next week after Christmas and I'm leaving tonight for Cape Town!!!!</p>
