Worst service ever!!!!!

It has been really awful dealing withyou guys. I don't know whether I should say it's your service providers or what but the service has been horrible. Been on the line for over 45 minutes only for your agent to disconnect the phone on my ear, then another 30 minutes to get an agent available only to be told that I can't be assisted and can only be assisted by payfast. Why can't you assist us with the service of one of your providers. I made a payment only for my order to be canceled because I did not make payment. I would like to be refunded
