Worst service ever

The worst service ever. I used to buy work well with takealot but lately the service has gone down the toilet. I bought an airfryer and a smart tv box online. When the order was delivered the airfryer was incomplete and the smart box was not working bear in mind this is not my first order with takealot. I log a return request it takes almost a month for them to collect the order they set a date for collection then cancel with no reason or communication. The order was finnaly collected I aas refunded for the smart box and credited for the airfyer so I figured why not order it again. I place the order a date for delivery is set for the 18/12/24. The date comes no delivery no communication I get a notification on the 21st to tell my delivery has been moved to the 31/12/24 without a reason. Worst service ever rather place your orders on Temu or Amazon because Takealot is just the worst.
