Worst service ever

I ordered from Takealot on Tuesday 25 June 2024 i requested the next day delivery, I paid for the next day delivery. I requested my invoices on three different occasions without any response from them. Today is the 27th June 2024, I still haven’t received any response from their customer service department regarding my invoices, my order was not yet shipped from their store when I checked the tracking information provided by their app.

I wrote a e-mail to their customer support team, on my email I received the read report more than two hours ago without any response from them.
