Worst service delivery in South Africa

I bought a Monitor that was in stock at JHN and CPT. They sent me a broken monitor and when replaced the item the new order says it will only be delivered in a month because the warehouse has no stock, but on there website it still syas everything is in stock. I need the monitor for work. They send me a broken item within 2 days but expect me to wait a month for a replacement. When i get in touch with customer service they say there is nothing they can do. When I ask now to just get a refund so i can go buy it someplace else as I desperately need it they say they cannot give me my money back anymore as the replacement was already processed. This is really bad from Takelot. If this is how you do bussiness I will not be buying anything from you very soon.
