Worst service

The worst experience ever!! Only one of 4 items got delivered after a 2 week wait, the other 3 items nobody knows where they are, when they will get delivered or even where it will be delivered. The call centre staff and managers are absolutely useless and cannot assist with the problem, have different stories every time I phone and only able to escalate the issue promising it will get sorted. Yet ten days later still nothing has been sorted. Seems my son's Christmas is cancelled this year, thanks Takealot be assured you have lost a customer forever!
