Worst service

I've been waiting 2 weeks for an update on my projector.

I've had it for 4 months and it stopped working.

I sent it in 2 weeks ago to the day. I've called in about 20times and waited on the line wasting my airtime. I havtn ever had 1 update.

I've asked for a supervisor to call me back 3 times and Noone has bothered to call me.
