WORST SERVICE!

Absolutely horrible service after receiving a damaged fridge of over R12,000. They don't care about the customers and will not assist you. Refused to compensate me for the damages, refused to assist with a replacement where the damaged unit is picked up when the new unit is being delivered. Expecting me to log a return, send back the fridge and probably leave all my food on the floor while they asses and decide on an outcome!!! I get that you have procedures but in certain cases you asses and work accordingly. I have been a customer for such a long time and I WILL NEVER again buy anything from you EVER again!
