Worst Service

Worst service ever! I'll never use Takealot ever again. Ordered my books on Sunday 03/05 today is 08/05 and I still haven't received my books. When I track my order online it kept saying I wasn't available to receive the package, how was I not available when I was never contacted?(oh and one of the employees that rep**** to one of my emails said the drivers are not obliged to call me because they're using their own airtime, as if I asked for them to call me so we can have a chat nxa) My address is noted correctly but my delivery never reached me, all I got everyday was false hope that my package would be delivered by a certain time but still nothing.

I have asked them to cancel my order and refund me my money(hoping this will not take longer than the delivery process) I do not want a credit, I just want my money back and they can keep their pathetic service.
